Products that have been fitted, used, or damaged after delivery
Items without original packaging or missing components

14 days of receiving the item if you wish to return it for any reason
30 days if the item is faulty or not as described

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Provide a full refund, including any delivery charges
Please report faults within 30 days of receiving the item.
If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover all return costs.
If you change your mind or ordered the wrong item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once dispatched, the order will need to be returned in accordance with this policy.
