Returns Eligibility

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition

  • The item is incorrect, faulty, or damaged on arrival

  • You notify us within the applicable return period (see below)

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned unless faulty, including:

  • Special-order or custom-made items

  • Products that have been fitted, used, or damaged after delivery

  • Items without original packaging or missing components

Return Period

You must notify us within:

  • 14 days of receiving the item if you wish to return it for any reason

  • 30 days if the item is faulty or not as described

Refund Process

3. Inspection

Once the item is returned, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, we will:

  • Offer a replacement, or

  • Provide a full refund, including any delivery charges

Please report faults within 30 days of receiving the item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover all return costs.

  • If you change your mind or ordered the wrong item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched.

Once dispatched, the order will need to be returned in accordance with this policy.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or variation, we are happy to arrange an exchange where stock allows.
